According to Dictionary.com, the definition of the word enjoy as a verb is to take pleasure in, from something. I happen to hate this word currently. Actually, it’s been a long time since I’ve hated this word and have been putting forth effort to trying to substitute it within my lingo to use other words. To be honest, it is very triggering as it has referred to a lot of my sexual violence history as a victim for the past 5 years. So to take a more positive approach while steering away from common words used in sexual innuendos, here are some synonyms to use instead of mentioning the word enjoy.
Synonyms

Hopefully after going through this list, you will have learned new word replacements as well as how to use them instead of overusing the word Enjoy. As for myself, I will continue to boycott the word enjoy and use all of these others instead.
