I visited a store that has a variety of beautiful gemstones and crystals. Most of their displays are exquisite. Recently, I purchased a mini clamshell that looks almost like it could be the shape of a heart. It was stolen and I was a bit bummed out since it had cost me $10.00. So since my birthday was approaching, the plastic-sealed dehydrated marine item caught my eye again. There were some cases of seashells I had collected from beached I’ve visited since I love things from under the sea or even along the shore. This was the time to try again to celebrate me, so why not? The delicate finding quickly made its way to the register.

After opening the small and thin shell, a pink shiny pearl had been revealed. I couldn't help myself so I had to open up another one. This time the pearl came out to be silver.

It was so cute that I had to share. A little curiosity for my birthday with a unique, sweet surprise. I’ve eaten clams before, but have never opened one to find a jewel inside.

If you ever get the opportunity to find something like this, don't wait for it. Just go ahead and shuck it!
