Police Stalking Me

A journal entry about my controversial personal experience.

The time this photo was taken was Monday, July 17th at 7:39 pm while I was sitting in my car.

It boggles my mind whenever I see something continuously happening that shouldn't especially when it has to do with police vehicles. Just the sight of these vehicles can make people tremble. For me personally, I feel indifferent about them since I don't really fear police officers. A red flag pops up whenever I do see the same numbers on the vehicle in multiple places though. Then it becomes more of a concern than anything else.

This happened a bit earlier this month on Monday, July 17th at 7:39pm. The picture was captured from my vehicle after exiting the mall in my town. Beforehand while walking in through the entrance, the cop car was not parked there. Usually, this wouldn't seem like a big deal, however, I have seen the same numbers - 983 - at least a few different times on other days including the time when I was pulled over months ago for no reason at all.

Doesn't that seem suspicious to see the same marked law enforcement vehicle in multiple places when just going around town running errands? Not to mention, this mall is not registered on the Puyallup Police Department website to be reportable online to report something occurring, such as stalking, that I had to write a journal entry on this website about this incident. This particular police department also known as PPD, took down their online reporting system in the spring of 2023. I noticed this after I tried using it, but had to return to it due to lack of time on computer access. Another area on their website that has been deleted is their officer complaint form in the fall of 2023. So now in the year of 2024, there is no way of reporting officers who are not following protocol to protect and serve the community.

Update:

On Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 9am on the dot, I spotted another police car from the same department as the one shown in the picture above that was parked behind my vehicle. When I turned my head to see the car that had 939 on it this time, I did see another White male officer staring at my vehicle. Coincidence? Not at all.

For some extra context and knowledge, here is an article I wrote about on the topic of stalking:

An example of a dirty cop stalking me from my Unseen Fortitude Facebook Page from

August 8, 2023:

Another dirty cop stalking me from where I work driving behind me as I was on my way home this afternoon. He was a white male with short hair wearing a baseball cap driving a black Subaru following closely on my bumper. This is getting pretty annoying.

In addition to that, there is often the jurisdiction excuse that leads to a wild goose chase of trying to figure out where to report something suspicious occurring. Different law enforcement agencies tend to point fingers at another department or agency to excuse their lack of motivation in reacting to 911 dispatches and lying through their teeth about what their responsibilities are. In the event of stalking, it's important to report it when it occurs. If there are multiple occurrences, clumping them up together for a single report works as well. In my opinion, it is never too late to report something. So if some weeks or months had passed by and it was not too much of an immediate emergency, then go ahead and keep trying to report.

Soon, there will be an article introduced about how to fill out a police report for further assistance.
