There's something about a dirty cop that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Not only are they rotten, but there can be lots and there's usually more than one in view when you do see them. One fact that people need to know is that they can be in any kind of Department or Law Enforcement branch. They can look like any kind of person and do not necessarily have to be in uniform, although it shouldn't be excluded also.
It is important for people to know that they can be dangerous. These toxic individuals have power to enforce the law as a person who likes to break it. They abuse that power that they have given with their uniform for whatever suspicious motive or vendetta. Their behavior can be a low down dirty shame. One thing that is most hated about being detained within this scenario is how innocent people are treated. It can be seen on videos throughout social media and the news as "excessive force".
Unfortunately, there are quieter ways that they can still choose to be shady. Pulling people over without a reasonable cause or suspicion is not a good thing for them to do as well. They must identify themselves and ask questions accordingly to where it allows the person to answer. If this doesn't occur, it resembles bullying and turns out to be more of an interrogation. This has happened to me one too many times.
There are other ways to describe a police officer of any sort who refuses to stop terrorizing innocent people. Take a look at this list of how to describe some that bother you.
Stalkers
Abusers
Human Traffickers
Liars
Home Invaders
Obsessive
Identity Thieves
Manipulators
Murderers
Sexual Predators
Voyeurs
Instigators
Cyberbullies
Crime Stagers
Intimidators
Harassers
Sex Offenders
If ever stopped by a police officer of any sort for no reason, be careful. Try to ask questions and remind the officer that his or her camera should be turned on while communciating with you depending on the state. If something seems fishy, keep asking questions. Don't be shy.
