Stalking can happen indoors or outdoors. There are not really any boundaries when it comes to this topic. Before reading about another stalking experience I have gone through in the month of August this year, read this article first:

It is like voyeurism taken to the next level. Stalking can be unnoticed when done by someone you know who can "play-off" trying to get to you when their behavior becomes seen as they were just staring at you for a long period of time wherever you are. It can also be equally as dangerous when a stranger is involved.
My Experience
On Thursday, August 3rd, 2023, I saw a gray car that looked like it was by the Infiniti manufacturer was parked by the mailbox facing in the direction of my kitchen window. This car didn't look familiar nor has it been in my neighborhood during the day before either. When I spotted this vehicle in my neighborhood, the man began driving and turned around in the open cul-de-sac to leave. It's safe to assume that he saw me catch him so he was quick to leave. Before going, he looked like he took a photo of me standing at my window before leaving from in front of the house. I could not see the license plate from where I was. Since things had happened so fast, I wasn't able to report it. However, I have been on a lookout to still ensure safety for myself.
Safety Tip
If this happens to you, be sure to keep your distance. Tell someone if you can. But if time does not permit it, then do what you can to get to a safe place or call 911. Take note of:
What is being worn.
How tall and skin color of the suspect.
A "guestimate" of their age.
And anything else you can think of that is relevant to the identification of the person.
Be as thorough in detail as you can so the officer has more of how you were being stalked in order to assist with finding out the who in the situation. Hopefully, you would be as more successful with reporting these types of incidents than I have.
