Things I have used to help me survive Human Trafficking.
DISCLAIMER: This article is showing how I, myself, have been trying to take care of myself in an oppressive world that still denies the fact that sexual violence exists and chooses to do nothing instead of something to help solve the problem. In no way am I claiming to be a doctor as I am not certified as one. Research over the years, trial and error, and limitations at various times on accessibility helped me construct this list to try and beat the periods of being drugged by Human Traffickers and other abusers before getting raped. No doctor has aided me in constructing this list nor has provided suggestions to me with alternatives. This is solely MY RESEARCH ONLY and I wish to not have this plagiarized.

Life can be challenging being sex trafficked, which is basically being serially gang-raped frequently. It can be worse when it's every day throughout the entire day, afternoons, and evenings. The body's health can decline quickly and more damage become visible to others as time goes by with the number of people hurting me. But one thing for sure that has been helping me get by is that I don't give up. And I've also used natural remedies to help aid me along the way over the years through research.
Before I show you what products I use and how I use them, I want to make sure that you understand that I am not a doctor. This means that I am not advising you to practice the same methods as me nor am I telling you what to do. This article is for information purposes only as a display and proof of how I am trying to survive day to day utilizing my own resources as I am denied them elsewhere including federal so-called benefits.
The items listed below have been used to help me mitigate damage and in some ways prevent rape from occurring to me multiple times. As time has gone by, my things have been getting stolen so I've had to adapt to the situation by changing up my regimen many times over and over again to see what works.

Vitamins:
B-12 - known for providing energy to the body and aiding brain function. Many drugs used by Human Traffickers interrupt brain activity, which in turn affects memory. It can prevent new memories from forming for a short period of time in the duration while in my bloodstream or it can inhibit the functions of short-term memory building that will make you forget what had just occurred. I've taken a couple of these at a time when I need it the most to counter the drugs when they are about to make me pass out during times when I have more stalkers and more death threats. It's helped me stay awake and keep me healthy to be alert in defending myself.
C - boosts the immune system and also helps counter some of the effects of date-rape drugs. A stronger body helps combat the poison's internal effects. Some of the symptoms of the kinds of drugs used are similar to simple flu symptoms like a continuous runny nose.
Multivitamins - One a day helps to replenish all of my nutrients that have been eaten away by being drugged. It's one of the simplest ways I have been able to stay healthy when I'm denied medical access or mistreated by doctors. Taking these in the form of gummies while homeless has also helped me have something to eat since the daily serving is 2 instead of 1. The gelatin also soothes cottonmouth symptoms and helps to shield the teeth from additional damage by those who like to oral rape me.
Brain Support Gummies - a dietary supplement that contains coffee extract when I don't have the time to make coffee nor the funds to purchase any. It also contains B12 in it as well.

Essential Oil:
Note: In this section, I have used multiple brands of therapeutic-grade essential oils. This means that they are in their purest form for me to ingest, add to my food, and apply to my skin. There are many products on shelves that are labeled as "natural" when they really aren't. I have over 15 years of experience using essential oils and creating my own blends in order for me to use a variety and know which ones make me allergic. Some oil blends are only available by certain companies and ordered using a computer. I didn't have computer access at times over a span of 6 years so I've had to be creative in shopping for what I need and wait to replenish stolen items after working legal jobs for my paychecks. The ones with arrows are what I used to substitute or replace the previous blends that I had.
Cinnamon Essential Oil - Cleanses my nasal passages and helps me breathe with its aroma immediately. As it works through the body, it helps detox the liver, which is where lots of damage occurs when being forcibly drugged.
Peppermint Essential Oil - Mint is known for its chemical properties to improve focus and alertness. Peppermint helps clear the senses similar to what coffee does for me. I get motion sickness almost everywhere I go so this helps me out so much. I keep a small bottle dropper to put on my wrists and hands. There's also a roll-on available in many stores now that I roll underneath my nose, all over my neck, and onto my upper chest. When undergoing an extreme amount of abuse, this is the quickest way to help me take a deep breath. It helps to counter the beginning effects of central nervous system and heart depressant drugs. Timing means a lot when using this oil so I try to have at least 2 bottles on me wherever I go.
Grapefruit Essential Oil - Known for its metabolic steadying function, this oil has helped me survive some of the most violent sexual encounters after receiving intense sexual assault that left my body feeling lifeless. This citrus scent is uplifting and can instantly keep my body motivated after smelling it.
Tea Tree Essential Oil - Helps me to treat and prevent bacterial infections from cuts in my hair scalp or anywhere on my skin. While homeless, keeping a thin layer of this in my hair helps my hair stay fresh and protects it from other outside threats. It also leaves a cooling sensation on my head so I like to use it in the mornings to feel more awake as it seeps into my bloodstream through the skin barrier.
Frankincense Essential Oil - This one is a good oil for brain and skull health. It also tends to be on the more expensive side and can be hard to find when purchasing so I try to guard this one more than others. When I take more long-lasting damage to my head and am suffering the most, I try to use droplets at a time of this oil and it still works for me. Dotting some with my finger behind my ears and applying some droplets directly onto my hair scalp at the center of my head helps.
Myrrh Essential Oil - I've added this to hand/body lotions to soften my skin and lighten my skin dermatitis allergic reactions as I have sensitive skin. Drugs can be very drying for the skin and leave my body dehydrated longer. Hand creams and body butter are thicker formulas with a couple of droplets of myrrh to have my skin return back to normal over a span of time when used consistently.
Lemon Essential Oil - Another kind of energizer that leaves the body feeling refreshed. The clean scent keeps this oil versatile and I can apply it to almost anything besides on my body. This helps me with motion sickness as well as cleansing my palette when my mouth gets damaged from oral rape.

Seasonings:
Cayenne Pepper - This has helped aid my tongue while swollen and gave me my taste buds back. After strangulation, it's helped me breathe better as well. Capsaicin in pepper plants is known to be a pain reducer.
Turmeric - A natural anti-inflammatory that helps reduce the feeling of pain. Its earthy aroma can be grounding when I'm receiving multiple rape and death threats.

Caffeinated Drinks:
Coffee - can be customized according to how you need it including more espresso shots when ordered from restaurants or making it at home.
Soda - one of the cheapest ways of getting caffeine while I was homeless and didn't have the kitchen or kitchenware to make it.
Energy Drinks - some drinks can have the amount of caffeine equivalent to 2 or more cups of coffee. I usually read through the packaging before purchasing to compare ingredients and save money by only purchasing the highest percentages of caffeine to help me combat the chemicals inserted into my system by others.

Pharmacy Item:
Cough Drops - Ricola with herbs or Halls with syrup help soothe my throat and get my voice back quicker.
Excedrin or Generic Brand Equivalent - reduces headaches and migraines while caffeine helps fight the drug poisoning. I've mitigated so much rape by using these that people steal the most from me. I've resorted to purchasing generic brands in smaller quantities to still afford this remedy for me.
Spoonful of Honey - This is handy if living in a house to keep a local blend of wildflower honey nearby. Honey is an antibacterial and helps fight infection along with common cold symptoms I get. While homeless, I've been able to try to get little packets for free at the gas station from their condiment food area to help fight off hunger and thirst. Honey lasts the longest in flavor and is soothing when kept on the roof of my mouth and have to stay out in the cold weather.
Mint-Flavored Gum - Peppermint gum freshens my breath while keeping me alert.
Ice Pack - Wrapped in a small towel and kept in between my legs helps reduce swelling from rape. Also laying down my head on an ice pack helps numb pain after being punched or given lumps. It steadies the dizziness from physical abuse and also can do a little bit to subside the chemical abuse.
Cool Gel Eye Mask - I've woken up with black eyes so this was helpful during those times. I don't use this too much anymore because it encourages more sleep by keeping my eyes closed longer. Date rape drugs and the most potent hardcore drugs go into effect quickly within 10 minutes of closing my eyes and can keep me knocked out for at least a couple of hours. This is why I mention that I don't use this too much anymore.
Eyedrops - Formulas for dry and red eyes help with my vision.

Listen to Upbeat Music:
Only listing some examples here that I use because I do not want to give it all away. It is still dangerous for me to mention anything that I am currently doing and things that I like due to the number of stalkers and abusers I have. But it's still important for me to show how I am surviving.
Hard Rock - Toxicity by System of a Down
Alternative - Nobody's Listening by Linkin Park
Dance - Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay
Pop - Is Anybody Listening by Danity Kane
R&B - Hollow by Tori Kelly
Gospel - keeps me spiritually motivated and believing in myself to get through any obstacles as I continue to problem solve with multiple areas of my life being damaged by abusers.

Do a Long Lasting Project:
Arts & Crafts - helps the time pass by to beat the poison timers.
Puzzle - sometimes can be difficult. I can use this when my eyesight isn't too blurry and a rapist isn't trying to overdose me.
Bible Scripture Reading - faith guides me and God grounds my belief in miracles occurring. There's lots of scripture that can relate to real-life events to keep me motivated on my survival journey since I NEVER GIVE UP.

Spray a Scent:
Nostalgic Perfume - nostalgia can be a powerful technique to use to help the brain fight against chemical abuse. It also has brought me to catch my "second wind" in continuing to walk around while I was homeless as I was being chased by many men during the middle of the night.
Floral Scent - most people are allergic. If you’re not, it acts like a repellent for others. I would use perfumes, surface cleaners, and fragrance oils at different times to help me survive. Nothing pulls you away from a stalker who is getting close that ends up having to sneeze. Their cover gets blown. lol

Clothes To Wear:
Sweatpants with a Drawstring - this type of clothing delays rapists from getting into your pants by taking up more time. Double or triple knotting has helped me survive more times throughout the night after I pass out. The roomy sweatpants also keep my legs warm during cold months of the year and can still fit my swollen legs after I've been beaten while other clothes wouldn't fit.
Hoodie - another multi-weather article of clothing to keep me warm and help people stalking me not recognize me. This has saved me from being kidnapped so many times.

Self Defense:
Note: While I try to protect myself, I have not had to use anything yet because of violators trying to be sneaky in drugging my food/beverages or vandalizing and stealing my things.
Lollipop - I've used the stick to help scare away people trying to hurt me by holding it in between the knuckles of my hand in case someone got close enough to me to punch them. Needed to hold onto this while on a plane flight as I was being threatened by so many people at once with nowhere to go while sitting in the window seat. There were men taking turns sitting next to me while I had to purchase an extra ticket because I was flying with two dogs in the cabin with me. They didn't want to leave me alone and were all talking trash about me.
Buckle - I've kept buckles of my purse in my hand or belts while people threatened to open my door when I was at a domestic violence shelter getting raped. It helps scare away people who want to try and kidnap me from the streets and when I'm getting stalked. I've mitigated a lot of damage by being ready to defend myself with this in hand and they see it. On the airplane, I would keep my dog carrier strap wrapped around my hand with the hardened part facing outward when the people got too close to me and told me more threats. This helped stop the person behind me from shaking my chair a lot while telling me what she wanted to do to me sexually while flying Alaska Airlines.
Mase - Usually just stays on my keychain. I had mine stolen recently this month in February 2023 when I kept trying to get an IRS appointment in person since I couldn't do it online or over the phone outside of the building. It was taken from me in the women's bathroom where I left it out of sight to quickly make it to my appointment after going there for the third time.
Once again, these are all things that I have used or done to help myself survive serious extreme sexual violence over the years while not being helped by others including professionals. I've been left neglected and abandoned over and over and over again and I've had to take matters into my own hands. Since I mean a lot to myself and want to live, I've been countering drug-affiliated sex trafficking successfully which has helped me stay alive. Hopefully, this article inspires you to protect and save yourself as well. But remember that I am not a doctor nor any other kind of expert to be providing you with medical advice. These are things that I have done to survive life's unfair treatment with people dishing out violence against me.
