WARNING: This article contains sensitive content and may be found offensive or triggering to some people. Photos are real evidence from rape encounters that is intended for educational purposes to help victims and their loved ones to recognize signs of rape. Very graphic details are included with explanations from my experiences. If for any reason you are not ready to see details of abuse, feel free to move on and come back when you are ready.

One of the most controversial subjects that’s still around and very much prevalent in the United States moreso than any other country is sexual assault, aka rape.

After an update in the Uniform Crime Report Summary Reporting System in 2012, the new definition of rape is:

“The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

There are multiple areas in the body where rape can happen. For females, in the vagina, anus, and mouth. For males, on the penis, anus, and mouth. This relates to the LGBTQ+ genders as well. Some of these symptoms are obvious while others are not and can still be unknown to many people. Nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals may not acknowledge all of your symptoms and dismiss them. This is another reason contributing to inaccuracies in medical records regarding sexual assault regardless of the type of examinations.

Many people do not realize that rape is an all over the body experience that affects much more than the sexual organs. Out of the many trips to see a doctor and from being serially raped for about two decades whether partial or complete encounters, a lot of these symptoms can happen all at the same time and should not be taken lightly. One cannot leave any of these out when reporting. It is safe to not make any assumptions and just lay it all out even if the doctor hesitates recording the details. After you mention your symptoms, try to verify the list. The best way you can take a step to defend yourself is confirm, confirm, confirm.

Before getting into this list, do realize that I am not a medical professional, but I am providing information that is not referenced consistently in other resources. Throughout my many self- healing and hospital/clinic journeys, this list includes mostly physical symptoms by region. Some symptoms are listed duplicate times as they can occur in multiple regions of the body. Keep in mind there is no one way or technique to rape a human being.

Top

  • Blood Clots / Bleeding (In the genitals, mouth/throat, nose, ears, and eyes. The pressure buildup can travel throughout other areas in the body causing further bleeding in other regions. In extreme cases, rape can cause internal and/or external hemorrhaging.)

  • Numbness or Skin Tingling (Similar to pins and needles feeling. Can often occur before onset of paralysis anywhere on the body.)

  • Paralysis (Temporary or Permanent.)

  • Acne (Mild to Severe.)

  • Rash (From the friction.)

  • Lumps on the head (a result from banging the head against a wall or object, using an object to knock the victim unconscious, or from punching/kicking.)

  • Improvise the immune system to make the body vulnerable to other viruses, diseases, and cancer. (Can occur for any condition for the encounter is heightened and one of the most stress inducing experiences.)

Brain & Eyes

  • Migraine

  • Dizziness

  • Stroke

  • Seizure

  • Central Nervous System Disturbance

  • Fever

  • Hair Loss (From excessive pulling especially during oral rape and/or stress.)

  • Strabismus (When the eyes do not look in the same direction at the same time.)

  • Astigmatism (Objects up close and far are blurry.)

  • Myopia (Nearsightedness - far objects look out of focus.)

  • Hyperopia (Farsightedness - close objects seem out of focus.)

The nose can run as usual with mucous from clear to colored and can also include blood in one or both nostrils. This is a lighter case of bleeding after being gangraped and beaten.

Nose

  • Runny Nose

  • Nosebleed

  • Activate a sinus disorder.

Bright red blood in a napkin after coughing into it after awakening from incest rape and domestic abuse. I filled up many more napkins after this one and the bathroom sink too.

Could fill up a cup within 15 minutes or an hour depending on how many people orally raped me. It's a continuous spit up and gagging with coughing process. The fluid can also have a stinky scent to it. The overwhelming sperm scent is nauseating that can encourage vomiting.

Mouth & Throat

  • Vomiting

  • Choking

  • Throat Swelling

  • All Day Gagging

  • Laryngitis or Difficulty Speaking

  • Harsh Coughing

  • Dry Mouth

  • Tongue and Gum Infection

  • Toothache

  • Mouth Infection

  • Cold Sores / Canker Sore Breakouts

  • Chapped or Broken/Cut Lips

I've been passed around while being drugged to an unconscious state and filled with alcohol with my body dragged around by my arms and legs in an oral rape "orgy party". The motions of oral rape can break the lips, make them redden, and keep them chapped. The lips commonly split in the center but can split in multiple areas when more is stuffed into the mouth. It can be difficult to open the mouth or make any facial expression for an extended period of time that can surpass the day. This is a result of both males and females sexually assaulting me. Human Traffickers have tried to kill me with 100 - 200+ frequent parties. The numbers have been much higher with whole neighborhoods, hospital floors, and other buildings as well leaving my mouth bloodier, me suffocated, and also temporarily dead.

  • Blurriness

  • STI/STD in the mouth

  • Cuts underneath the tongue, along the gums, and the insides of the cheeks.

  • Foaming Mouth or Large Bubbles of Saliva/Ejaculation

The first few spits or sometimes it's almost a full puke can be completely white and thick in texture. The nasty stench of semen and men's sweat can be present as well.

Middle

  • Severe body aches throughout the torso.

  • Muscle spasms throughout entire body during and after rape.

  • Blood Clots / Bleeding (In the genitals, mouth/throat, nose, ears, and eyes. The pressure buildup can travel throughout other areas of the body causing further bleeding in other regions. In extreme cases, rape can cause internal and/or external hemorrhaging.)

  • Numbness or Skin Tingling (Similar to a pins and needles feeling. Can often occur before the onset of paralysis anywhere on the body.)

  • Rash (From the friction.)

  • Improvise the immune system to make the body vulnerable to other viruses, diseases, and cancer. (Can occur for any condition for the encounter is heightened and one of the most stress-inducing experiences.)

Chest

  • Swollen & tender breasts/nipples

  • Nipple discharge (Common when raped while pregnant or given a hormone in the brain to induce lactation. Human Traffickers use this technique for a client base that requests to drink breast milk during a rape.)

  • Difficulty breathing and/or opening the mouth

  • Skin Dermatitis / Hives (Or other skin-related allergic reactions. It can look like your skin had been turned to a red carpet.)

  • Asthma Activation

  • Wheezing

  • Heart Palpitations

  • Heart Failure / Heart Attack / Sudden Cardiac Arrest (When the heart has temporarily stopped beating)

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

  • Pulmonary Fibrosis (Hard for the lungs to take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide.)

  • Pulmonary Hypertension (Feeling short of breath.)

  • Bronchitis

  • Nausea

  • Digestive system problems.

  • Death

Bottom

  • Blood Clots / Bleeding (In the genitals, mouth/throat, nose, ears, and eyes. The pressure buildup can travel throughout other areas of the body causing further bleeding in other regions. In extreme cases, rape can cause internal and/or external hemorrhaging.)

  • Pregnancy (Most likely with complications and at-risk.)

  • Numbness or Skin Tingling (Similar to a pins and needles feeling. Can often occur before the onset of paralysis anywhere on the body.)

  • Paralysis (Temporary or Permanent.)

  • Acne (Mild to Severe.)

  • Rash (From the friction.)

  • Improvise the immune system to make the body vulnerable to other viruses, diseases, and cancer. (Can occur for any condition for the encounter is heightened and one of the most stress-inducing experiences.)

Vaginal discharge can be light in color like how it's displayed in the pantiliner. Discharge can occur during the assault, in between sex offenders as they take turns, or right after when panties are put back on. A little difficult to see in this photo, but there's also a tinge of pink color as well signifying blood. A right arrow was made using a strand of pubic hair that is a common Human Trafficking symbol. This is another descriptor showcasing evidence of me being raped.

This is a close-up shot of a long pad with a darker discharge and more pink color. This was after a much longer gang rape session, which made the pad saturated with blood and included some semen. I was passed around so much that pubic hair was on the top and underside of the pad. Some of the hair also wasn't mine and had a different color.

Genitals

  • Vaginal Discharge

  • Vaginal Wall Abrasions

  • Vaginal Tearing / Open Wounds

  • Reproductive System Disturbance

  • Infertility

  • Irregular Menstrual Cycle (the repeated penetration can cause a period to occur earlier, later, or multiple times throughout the month.)

  • Incontinence (Both front and back dependent on where the abuse occurred.)

  • Anal Tearing / Open Wounds

  • Hanging Skin (Mostly common in entryways of genitals that is more than tearing and is almost completely disconnected from the main body.)

  • Anal Discharge w/ semen for extended amounts of time throughout the day.

These are my scrunched-up bloody panties to try and fit all of the large markings into one picture. The top left is the vaginal part where I was sliced and stabbed with different types of knives and also raped by penis and hands. You can see the streaks of lines to see how it is different from a period blood stain. The large bloody circle is displaying blood from my anus where knives were inserted inside along with penises and hands gaping me. The damage went up to my intestines. The bleeding lasted for almost a full month. My body was almost fully depleted of blood supply. This has happened to me multiple times including this year in 2023. After this gang rape session occurred, I went to the hospital to try and get a blood test done so they can figure out which drugs were put in my system, and I couldn't even fill up 1/4 of the test tube. My life was still in danger and much more vulnerable.

  • Penis Discharge

  • Swelling in Testicles

  • Pain in Testicles

  • STI/STDs in and/or on the genitals.

  • HIV/Aids

Legs to Feet

  • Limping / Difficulty walking

  • Misaligned patella (Vulnerable with a pre-existing condition. The patella can pop out if the victim is on the knees during oral sex.)

  • Bruising / Busted blood vessels (Causing poor blood circulation and blockages.)

You can see my foot is bruised with some blistering, callouses, swelling, and more. I had been whipped with belts, cables, chains, and then some while stuffed onto and into commercial trucks. I've also been tied and bound by ropes, chains, and hooks for large-size groups of attackers raping me for hours taking turns.

Unfortunately, I have experienced all of these symptoms in my lifetime with the exception of a few. Some symptoms have been found the same in victim documentaries and interviews through research online over the years.

An important thing to know is that rape can have fatal consequences for the victim. Unintentionally, there can be fatal consequences for the perpetrator as well when raping a victim with HIV/Aids. In this case, this is when someone will call it karma as it would be considered deserved for sexually assaulting another human being in the first place.

Safety Tip: Learned this from an Obstetrics Gynecologist - Keep a small calendar only to record symptoms with you wherever you go. This is helpful for women tracking their period, especially during irregular menstrual cycles but is also very useful when reporting a sexual crime. Having to repeat yourself over and over to different doctors may make you forget some of the symptoms. So having this handy can help. In a homeless situation, find a pen to keep in your pocket with a post-it note or piece of paper. Wherever you can find one and keep it. A bus booklet can help as well as passengers are welcome to take those for free. It just may be more difficult to find an empty page in those booklets.

Try to #besafe and #goodluck.
