Keyboard Shortcuts for Printing Documents Online

One of the benefits of the technology world is that there are multiple ways to get the same job done. While using any software application on a desktop, laptop computer, or tablet with a keyboard accessory extension, there is something called a shortcut that enables the user to press certain keys on the keyboard to perform a command. For example, printing is a command that computes to device for your document to be printed onto paper as a copy. There are many shortcuts that can be used for more than one program. Microsoft Word has shortcuts that can also be used in Google Docs. You can try them anywhere you are typing to see which one works and which do not.
Here are a few keyboard shortcut commands to enable printing anywhere while browsing through the internet, typing up an essay for school, completing a work assignment, filing a police report, or any other activity you are doing:
Control Button - P is for Print Hold down the Ctrl button + the letter P
Mouse Function - Right click on the mouse or track pad of a laptop
File Menu - Tab until the File Menu Icon is highlighted Scroll down to where it says Print Use the mouse to left click The smaller printer window should pop up onto your screen Click on print at the bottom right corner of the window or press enter on the keyboard
Any one of these keyboard shortcut functions can be used while all three methods are not necessary. It only takes one way to get the job done depending on the software program or application you are currently using.
