Human Trafficking is a huge and terrible epidemic not just in the United States, but all around the world. One of the categories that may be difficult to identify at first with too little evidence is Sex Trafficking. It should be called Rape Trafficking. I know this from my own experience. There are different ways in which a human can get caught in the crossfires of Human Trafficking that are involuntary, but the one most misunderstood is Sex Trafficking. This name makes it sound consensual when it actually isn't at all. It provides the illusion of a woman always being referred to as a prostitute when she is not. Does this mean there is no such thing? No, of course, there are for whatever reason. But the majority are victims who have no say in anything at all and have lost complete control of their lives to control freaks who relish in causing them harm.
These types of people with controlling behaviors spend most of their time trying to manipulate, groom, and entrap their victims. One must be very careful as well as observant to catch signs early enough to prevent any of these actions from occurring. Try your best not to be caught in this web by remembering this quote:
