Man Gets Punched in Subway for Taking Two Seats

As more videos come to light through various sources of media, you cannot help but see the pattern of excessive force happening by policemen who are too quick to respond with their hands on their suspect. If someone needs to be removed from somewhere, wouldn't you want to ask more questions than just "Who are you" and "Where are you going?" It is not shown in the video, but it also seems like the video is not from the beginning when they entered the train from this clip. So I'm just going to put it out there, as it is common to only have those questions arise, if they do.

Another video shows a homeless man on the New York City Subway being punched the equal amount of times as the number of seats he occupied. While this arrest does not lead to a death at the end, it is still relevant. The train car was not full if you take a look at the video. So what really is the problem?

Why be so quick to use the fists when there are ways to grab someone they are trying to restrain? He was not the only officer there, so why not grab him by the arms since he swatted his hand? If that doesn't work, why not grab his arms while the officer grabs onto the man's torso? This can potentially have a better turn out with holding him in place to escort him off of the train. There are so many ways to grasp someone during that moment as the man was just sitting down and reacting to the officer by swatting his hand first and then trying to pull his arm away as he was brought to his feet with a grab.

Another thing, the series of events reported by the officer does not match what really happened as the video shows different. This is not new news and is not accurate reporting. These reports are what most statistics are based off of.

I saw for myself in the city of Seattle, the bus driver trying to help a man get off of his bus as he was sleeping there almost the entire ride. He did look like he was homeless too. The man did not want to leave the bus, however, at the end of it, he was sat down on a bench at the bus stop with his things with him. I repeat, the man was refusing to get off of the bus. This took awhile, but it wasn't too long of a wait for the driver to be done. Why is it so hard for cops to do this? A bus driver did it fairly so they can do it too.

It doesn't have to end up with someone being pepper sprayed and blood on their face. Guess who gets to pay the medical bill after everything is all done? Him, not the cops. It's not free. So why bother doing it in the first place? How much money do you think a homeless man has? I bet you that he cannot afford it.

Here's the link to the video so you can see for yourself.
