K to the Third Power

Each sacred spritz leaves an intoxicating insatiable craving

I deeply breathe in that opens my lungs and heart

to newfound hopeful possibilities

of a future full of dreams finally coming true.

A wonderful and thoughtful surprise I love

as a token of anxiousness that will soon

unleash a monsoon of admiration and light-washed desires.

This poem was inspired by real stories.
